Product Condition: We kindly ask that the items be returned in almost-new condition, with at least 90% of the product still remaining. This ensures that all customers receive items in top condition.
Quick Processing: We understand the importance of your time, so we aim to process all returns and exchanges within 3 to 5 days to get you the solution you need quickly.
Shipping Costs: If the mistake is on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the shipping costs. For exchanges, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.

Convenient Return Label: For just Rs. 500, we’ll provide a return label, and this amount will be deducted from your refund. No hassle, no worries!
Self Return for Full Refund: If you prefer to manage the return on your own, we’ll provide a full refund for the perfume cost with no deductions.
Please Note:
Extra Care Charges: We understand accidents happen. If the original packaging (like cellophane or box) is missing or slightly damaged, or if the tester is missing, we’ll apply a small fee to cover the costs:

Box: Rs. 50
Used up to 10% of the perfume: Rs. 50
